The ONETest™ EnviroScreen is a highly sensitive and cost effective assay to capture the genomes of various seasonal pathogens – for surveillance as well as emerging/pre-emerging studies – from a variety of sample sources (biological and environmental including wetland, mud/soil samples, aerosolized air).

Fusion Genomics’s ONETest™ EnviroScreen Influenza assay is being tested by various public health agencies in Canada to monitor bird/pig flu from different environmental samples.

These studies are continuously demonstrating that for example, using the ONETest™ EnviroScreen to detect bird flu from wetland samples, provided 40x greater efficiency than current surveillance methods employed in Canada and the United States. Data from these studies will be shared at various national and international events and conferences in coming months.
